Lead Substation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and Control Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop substation protection and control design projects
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of engineers, designers, and drafters
• Manage project ownership, including financials, resources, and design

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and control design
• Ability to lead substation design projects aligning engineering execution with program management
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E) license is preferred
• Experience in leading project teams is advantageous
