Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Engineer to strengthen technical leadership and drive innovation in software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of software engineers and SDET in designing and delivering scalable web applications and backend services
• Own end-to-end technical problem-solving and uphold engineering standards across projects
• Mentor and coach engineers while promoting continuous learning and best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience developing with Microsoft C#/.NET Framework/.NET Core
• 5+ years of experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Strong database skills (both relational and non-relational)
