Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SEM Manager to join their Growth Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Scale and optimize paid search programs across Google and Bing to align with business goals
• Design and execute experiments to improve efficiency and drive high-intent traffic
• Analyze performance metrics across the full funnel and collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with expertise in SEM and CRO across Google Ads and Bing
• Proven success in keyword strategy, ad testing, audience targeting, and bid optimization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Looker, Tableau, and Google Analytics
• Experience with AI tools for data analysis and decision-making
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to align cross-functional teams
