Lead Quality Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Quality Engineer to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct testing efforts based on current needs and collaborate with QA Managers for resource planning
• Champion and guide the implementation of testing practices in collaboration with Development Leads and stakeholders
• Monitor team progress and support Quality Engineers through coaching and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in delivering quality at a scrum team or project level
• Experience in managing teams and stakeholders effectively
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• High level of proficiency in English
