Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead QA Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend QA/Testing initiatives, ensuring quality across services, APIs, and database layers
• Define and create test cases based on acceptance criteria and best practices, and write automated tests for integration, API, and UI
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the long-term vision and strategy for QA and Test Automation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Engineering
• Proficiency in Javascript
• Experience in writing test plans and test cases
• Familiarity with APM tools such as DataDog or New Relic
• Experience with testing Artificial Intelligence LLMs is a plus
