Lead Project Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Planner to oversee project schedules and collaborate with various teams to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee project schedules and site installation plans in collaboration with consulting and sales teams
  • Coordinate project timelines and monitor the execution of project assignments
  • Identify potential project schedule delays and facilitate timely interventions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, supply chain management, or related field; or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a project scheduler in supply chain systems or a related industry
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP or PSP) is a plus
  • Extensive experience in schedule planning and management
