Lead IAM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead IAM Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the complete lifecycle of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) services, including strategy, design, and technology implementation
• Design and configure IAM solutions, including Oracle DB and CIAM products
• Administer IAM solutions and validate security architecture designs to meet organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in design and architecture of IAM solutions
• 7 years of experience with IAM products such as Oracle OAM/IDM or IBM Tivoli Identity Manager
• Experience with modern authentication solutions (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM)
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to CIAM
• AWS Certification required; preferred AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
