• Lead and manage the offshore development team, ensuring collaboration and quality code delivery
• Assess, evaluate, and hire new offshore team members to maintain a strong technical workforce
• Contribute to development efforts while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in React.js and Java Spring Boot
• Proven leadership experience managing remote or offshore teams
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
