Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Onshore Full-Stack Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the offshore development team, ensuring collaboration and code quality
• Assess and hire new offshore team members to strengthen the technical workforce
• Contribute to development efforts and conduct code reviews to maintain quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in React.js and Java Spring Boot
• Proven leadership experience managing remote or offshore teams
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
