Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of shared UI components and design systems, focusing on accessibility and maintainability
• Optimize user-focused performance across browsers and devices, collaborating with design and product teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in front-end engineering with deep knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with multiple frameworks
• Expert-level understanding of browser fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and performance tuning
• Demonstrated experience architecting and maintaining component-based design systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align multiple teams around technical direction
