Lead Energy Market Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Energy Market Analyst (Support).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software products to ensure effective use by clients
• Deliver training sessions and maintain educational resources for clients on product usage
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and assist in onboarding new clients

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in the energy sector and SaaS/cloud-based simulation environments
• Degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field
• Preferred knowledge of PLEXOS and/or AURORA energy software
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, VBA, Python, and SQL
• Strong understanding of energy market fundamentals and power plant operations
