Lead Application Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Application Architect responsible for end-to-end architectural design and solution delivery in a hybrid development model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development team members, ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution
• Provide hands-on coding in .NET and React, driving rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development
• Design and maintain application architectures aligned with business goals, promoting best practices in application development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience leading hybrid teams and mentoring junior developers
• Strong knowledge of .NET, React, Azure, and DevOps practices
• Experience with Azure development architecture and services, including Kubernetes and AI capabilities
• Preferred experience in product ownership and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
