Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analytics Engineer to develop advanced data solutions and support healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop data pipelines and backend systems for analytical reporting
• Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring
• Translate business needs into data extract strategies and conduct complex data analyses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering or backend systems for BI platforms
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
• Proficiency with Python, particularly PySpark and pandas
