LBSW Social Worker

Job Summary

A company is looking for a BSW Social Worker for a Quality Operations Call Center position, which is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic outreach to meet quality metrics and production targets
• Perform comprehensive assessments and document findings per department requirements
• Coordinate resources and support for members to improve Social Determinants of Health

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
• Active, unrestricted Compact Licensed Social Worker (LBSW) in the state of work
• 2+ years of experience as a social worker in a healthcare delivery setting
• Experience addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) and associated barriers
• Proficient in PC software skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
