L3 Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an L3 Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services
• Monitor and optimize IT performance, availability, and reliability

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an engineer
• Experience with Azure and AWS Cloud Native Services
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Ansible and Terraform
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and observability tools
