Koding Resource Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Koding Resource Koordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and allocate individual client koding teams to ensure coverage during peak times
• Identify and recruit potential koders through various channels and conduct initial screenings
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators related to Platform usage and koder satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Health Information Management or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Five (5) years' experience supervising/managing coding in a medium to large facility
• Five (5+) years' experience working in the healthcare vendor space
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems
