Job Summary

A company is looking for a KY Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LPC).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care strategies for members
• Conduct individual counseling and group therapy with adolescents and adults
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and document individualized care plans

Required Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with a Kentucky license
• Preferred experience with substance abuse populations
• Background in maternal and substance abuse is preferred
• Experience working with adults and adolescents
• Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures
