Job Summary

• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must reside in Kentucky and be in the Eastern Time Zone
• Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations in a high-paced environment
• Experience working in a virtual environment with a structured schedule
• Must have a self-provided computer with Windows 10 or newer and high-speed internet connection
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
