K-5 ELA Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, K-5 ELA.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product workstreams and the creation of prototypes and digital curriculum tools
• Support user testing and provide informal training to associate instructional designers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and schedules are met

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in digital content development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and practices
• Experience with authoring tools and learning management systems
• Previous K-5 teaching experience is a plus
