Justice Involved Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Justice Involved Case Manager who will provide administrative support to criminal justice stakeholders and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for the Department of Corrections and criminal justice partner contacts
• Create and maintain a statewide tracker for criminal justice system referrals to ensure support throughout recovery
• Assist the care delivery team with project management, including setting targets and delegating tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years experience working directly with or in the criminal justice system
• Case Management experience (preferred)
• For remote roles: access to reliable internet and telephone services with specified speeds
