Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Project Manager to support the execution of key initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Check-in with stakeholders to communicate SLAs, project status, and changes to timelines
• Oversee the review process with business, Global Comms, and Legal teams to ensure timely responses
• Maintain and update project trackers and documentation for accuracy and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role
• Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Airtable is a plus
