Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior IT Support (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure mobile phones, PCs, laptops, and tablets for the team
• Create user-friendly guides and manuals for hardware and software
• Maintain databases and assist colleagues with hardware/software inquiries

Required Qualifications

• First experience in an IT-related role
• Familiarity with Jira for service ticket management
• Confident using Microsoft 365 tools
• Ideally, knowledge of the open-source ticket system Zammad
• Basic knowledge of IT security is a bonus
