Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects
  • Advise customers on how to effectively use the software to meet their needs
  • Track customer interactions in Salesforce and assist with onboarding and account reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to work 9am-6pm EST
  • Experience with Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
  • Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
  • Self-motivated with a growth mentality
