Java Backend Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Java Backend Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale, distributed backend systems with multi-tiered architecture and high availability
• Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including system design, implementation, testing, and deployment
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java (preferably Java 17+)
• Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Deep knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
• Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and MySQL (relational)
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, including serverless architecture
