Key Responsibilities
  • Develop multichannel self-service/IVR applications using Genesys Cloud CX
  • Implement Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing for various communication channels
  • Provide solutions for speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu systems based on customer strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of application development experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX
  • Hands-on experience with Voice and Non-Voice applications
  • Thorough understanding of the Genesys Framework and integrations
  • Genesys Cloud CX certification in one or more solution areas
