Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Center Technician I to provide technical assistance in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for technical assistance related to hardware, software, and networks
• Document and track interactions using an ITSM system while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot network outages and manage service calls to vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (Required)
• 1 or more years of experience in call center, hardware, software, and application support (Preferred)
• ITIL knowledge or certification (Preferred)
