Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides first-level technical support for applications, networks, platforms, and servers
• Documents all work in call-tracking and incident management systems
• Assists in onboarding and training of new employees

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in PC support and call center/phone support environments
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and basic software applications
• Familiarity with LAN or WAN networking and Windows OS
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as required
