Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer / IT Support Analyst specializing in Epicor Bistrack & Lumber track.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line software support to end users and resolve service tickets according to SLA
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues, escalating as necessary, and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain software applications, perform user administration, and conduct site visits for training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of computer software and data analysis
• Experience in maintaining business applications and documenting processes
• Familiarity with trouble log management is a significant asset
