Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in IT, security, or infrastructure roles, with prior leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of IT systems in a cloud-native environment
• Practical experience with SOC 2 controls and related security frameworks
• Project management experience
• Experience scaling IT and security functions in a growing SaaS or tech company
