IT Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Scrum Master to provide Agile leadership to software development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scrum teams in Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Coordinate development team efforts and drive project completion
• Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; healthcare industry experience is a plus
• 4+ years of IT project management experience; 2+ years in Agile methodology
• Experience with large scale production systems delivery
• Strong knowledge of Agile tools, especially JIRA and AzureDevOps
• Demonstrated understanding of software engineering practices and continuous integration
