• Apply Agile methodologies across teams, coaching on best practices and fostering continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in Program/Portfolio Management within enterprise software
• Extensive experience in digital customer experience and platform-based transformation programs
• Deep expertise in Agile, Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
• High energy, adaptable, and self-motivated with a passion for innovation
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform is highly preferred
