Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT - Product Specialist, Expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure network monitoring tools
• Monitor system health and meet with network system owners for new requirements
• Provide client support, training, and troubleshoot system monitoring tools

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT Networking, Security, or related technical degree
• 10+ years of experience supporting Network Fault Management and Performance Management tools
• 5 years of experience with Broadcom (CA) NetOps solutions
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as SNMP and MPLS
• Experience in managing product licenses and reviewing application patches
