IT M&A Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT M&A Program Manager to oversee merger and acquisition programs and manage multiple complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT integration strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Lead the planning and execution of IT integration across various workstreams, ensuring efficient management of timelines and budgets
• Act as the main liaison between IT and other units, managing stakeholder communications and expectations

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• PMP and/or PgMP certification preferred
• 10+ years of IT project and program management experience, including managing M&A programs with complex migrations
• Experience in vendor management and project/program budget management
• Background in process architecture, business analysis, and organizational change management preferred
