IT Delivery Coach – Now Hiring

We accomplish this by sourcing & vetting high level career seeking candidates in the industry and match them with our partners current open roles. Our objective is to help our general contractor partners build out project teams for high level infrastructure projects across the US.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing IT projects as well as improving processes and network systems.
• They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.
• They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.
• An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
• Comfortable working within a team environment as well as traveling once a month to NY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
• Form and coach Delivery Teams and the teams and individuals who interact with the team to deliver working, tested product increments or services
• Deliver workshops that teach agile concepts and help the team apply concepts to the work the team is delivering
• Actively coach multiple teams throughout their ceremonies and provide spot coaching where necessary
• Coach within a team and to an outcomes-based model, and does not simply coaching practices
• Assess team capabilities through evidence-based team assessments and metrics to develop coaching plans
• Collaborate with the Expedition Lead and other coaching team members to ensure that the focus for the teams remains on the end state, with the knowledge that this may constitute a shifting target
• High integrity, high emotional intelligence and empathy, and strong communication skills to be able to operate in an environment that may be resistant to change
• Able to function across different teams while maintaining and communicating an consistent viewpoint
• Adaptable to quickly changing demands, strong prioritization skills, and highly driven with a focus on owning the outcomes and a strong follow-through

Requirements:
• Strong experience working with Lean; must have a breadth of experience in a variety of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.); Typical certifications may include:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
• Certified Scrum Trainer (CST)
• Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC)
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Certified SAFe® Agilist
• Certified SAFe® Program Consultant
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
• Lean Portfolio Management
• Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer
• Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master
• Knowledgeable of new/emerging practices and coaching techniques (attendance and participation at conferences, user groups, speaking engagements, blogging etc.)
• Prior experience mentoring teams to adopt Agile practices as an external coach, ScrumMaster or Product Owner
• Project management experience, as well as a background in technical implementation to support development and architectural requirements
• Strong, flexible communications skills utilizing different mediums

Compensation: $68.00 – $83.00 per hour
