• Act as the first point of escalation for data center customers, providing support and leading problem-solving efforts
• Implement solutions for mission owner applications and understand engineering lifecycle processes
• Address routine problems and escalate complex issues as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT and Data Management
• Secret clearance required
• Associate's degree
• Experience with network, systems administration, or systems engineering
• Knowledge of commercial cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
