IT Access Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Access Control Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring timely completion of access provisioning
• Maintain and audit security documents, including role-based access controls and access approval matrices
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to IT onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of related work experience and prior customer service experience required
• Experience with IT provisioning tasks and systems such as Active Directory, Mainframe, Oracle, or Azure preferred
• Knowledge of Identity Access and Management and employee new hire onboarding processes
• Preferred professional licensure or certification: ITIL Foundations
