IS Support Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Support Consultant I to manage system access and provide support for essential applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for major applications for corporate and branch employees through various communication channels
• Administer login credentials and perform audits on required applications
• Assist with onboarding, user setups, job changes, and terminations for supported applications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service/support experience
• High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and related computer applications
• Experience with a support ticketing system (ServiceNow) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
