IP Optical Sales Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Optical Sales Engineer to support its expansion in the IP Optical market space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including network design and solution delivery for service providers
  • Act as a subject matter expert in IP/MPLS, packet transport, and optical networking
  • Develop network solutions and strategies to meet customer requirements and conduct technical presentations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering or Product Line Management within the Telecom industry
  • Strong pre-sales experience in L1-L3 Network Engineering focused on Telecommunications
  • Expertise in IP/MPLS network protocols, including IPv4/IPv6, OSPF, BGP, and QoS
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and communicate complex concepts effectively
