Investor Services AML Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Services Contractor to perform routine operations related to investor services functions, specifically in anti-money laundering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine operations related to investor services functions and AML processes
• Assist in training new associates and reviewing their work for accuracy
• Support onboarding of new clients and enhance AI system flow throughs

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or two years of post-high school education, or equivalent work experience
• One year of clerical experience in a financial services environment
• Knowledge of BSA and the US Patriot Act is preferred
• Familiarity with IRS Form W-9, W-8, and CRS certifications is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines
