Intune SCCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intune SCCM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for SCCM and Intune technical requests
• Proactively review customer concerns and recommend improvements for endpoint management
• Assist in transitioning workloads from SCCM to Intune and analyze logs for troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Experience with SCCM and Intune environments
• Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) for iOS, Android, and Windows devices
• Ability to document support requests and resolutions effectively
• Experience in providing technical guidance to customers and teams
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as CMTrace and Event Viewer
