The role requires knowledge of good production and technical vocabulary, as well as the ability to handle customer inquiries with care and precision.

Requirements
• English level (C1-C2) 90%-100% (Certifications are not necessary)

• Skills in customer service (active listening, empathy)

• High school diplomas or certifications.

• Required to be over 18 years old.
