Internal Applications Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Support Application Engineer to provide technical support for custom internal tools and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for internal employees experiencing issues with custom applications, diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Conduct in-depth debugging and code-level troubleshooting, implementing patches and enhancements to resolve user-reported issues
  • Proactively monitor the performance and stability of internal applications and develop user-friendly documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or a related role
  • Strong coding and debugging skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and proactively solve problems
