Interactive Voice Response Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interactive Developer to design and maintain an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system using Twilio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop custom IVR solutions
• Design and implement IVR workflows and call routing using Twilio Studio and APIs
• Integrate the IVR system with databases, telephony, and CRM systems

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Twilio APIs and Twilio Studio
• Experience in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and web technologies
• Experience with Twilio Elastic SIP Trunks
• Background in software development with a focus on IVR systems
