Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to provide support to Members seeking surgical care and benefits offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage, educate, and qualify Members on the Surgery Care program and ensure benefits are clearly understood
• Convert leads into users of care experiences and route calls to appropriate team members as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales call center role
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence others
• Strong administrative/technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Must have a designated, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet access
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
