Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Audit Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit incoming and existing client data to ensure accuracy
• Identify and resolve duplicate matters and process lead refunds in a timely manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in large-scale data auditing, preferably in the legal field
• Legal, Finance, or Data Analytics background is preferred
• College degree required
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and/or Sigma
• Experience with Salesforce is ideal
