Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Software Engineer specialized in Pplus and DSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions on Pplus and DSS platforms
• Lead development and maintenance of mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and DB2
• Support system integrations, data conversions, and modernization efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pplus and DSS platforms
• Strong mainframe development skills: COBOL, DB2, SQL, JCL
• Familiarity with Micro Focus tools or similar COBOL development environments
• Experience in system migrations, integrations, and insurance domain transformation projects
• Strong analytical skills
