Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of customer-facing events and coordinate with vendors
• Manage the end-to-end process of customer event deployment, including material preparation
• Collaborate across departments to enhance customer engagement and streamline procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or related field preferred
• Ability to obtain an insurance license if requested by management
• Proficient in Microsoft Programs and Salesforce.com
• Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multi-lingual skills are a plus
