Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences within its learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design learning experiences that meet business goals and learner needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex content into engaging training materials
• Create diverse content formats, including eLearning and instructor-led training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult learning, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Instructional Design
• Minimum of two years in Corporate Training
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Storyline, and Camtasia
• Working knowledge of AI Tools
