Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support their software release cycle by ensuring training materials are updated and aligned with product changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the training impact review process for product releases and drive updates across various training materials
• Maintain and update the library of learning assets in real-time to eliminate backlog and rework
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design for a SaaS or tech-focused environment
• Proven ability to manage and edit content related to software updates across various formats
• Mastery of Articulate Rise & Storyline and Camtasia
• Experience managing projects collaboratively with product, engineering, and support teams
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and deadlines
