Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Inside Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify customer inquiries via phone calls to quote and close parts orders
• Assist customers with parts identification and generate quotations to facilitate order transitions
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless buying experience and maintain customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial compressed air sales and service organization
• Direct experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems is desired
• Ability to operate as a self-starter and collaborate effectively with team members
• Strong proficiency in time management and task prioritization skills
• English fluency is required
